Sr. Manager, Strategic Finance @ Midi Health 👩⚕️💻
Overview:
As our Sr. Manager, Strategic Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of women's midlife health by leading financial planning, revenue and COGS modeling, and KPI tracking efforts. Reporting directly to our CFO, this position offers the opportunity to create real impact through innovative solutions and strategic insight.
Business Impact – Not Just Surviving, But Thriving 📈
- Lead FP&A revenue and cost of goods sold planning, financial model and dashboard building, special projects, and financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making across the organization
- Work closely with others on the Finance team, Business Operations, and departmental leaders to enhance revenue and COGS reporting, KPI tracking, and deliver efficiencies, which includes creating KPI dashboards and identifying trends
- Support the implementation of new initiatives to improve care Margins and present the implications to the CFO and senior management

The Real Dill ☘️
Backed by Google Ventures, Midi Health is using its war chest to expand its "midlife women's healthcare" services across all 50 states. It's partnered with major insurance carriers, and plans to partner with major hospital systems in its effort to expand pelvic health services to more patients. Overall, there's a ton of movement in the FemTech/women's health space, especially in Digital Health - it'll be hard to pick winners in this space and, considering how underserved women's health is, there's the definite chance there could be multiple winners in the end.
