We are looking for a skilled physical therapist to join our team at Mobility Health Physical Therapy. We provide home visits to our patients in Manhattan ofering a high level of outpatient physical therapy care to each patient.

Job Description:

Provide quality care to a diverse patient population, ranging from high-level athletes to older adults

Assess patients and develop appropriate treatment plans and goals

Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on patient progress/goals

Timely submission of documents using our EMR system

Ensure that other treatment medical professionals have the appropriate information to evaluate the patient

Expectations:

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to each patient

Progress each patient to their highest level of rehabilitation potential

Good communication between the front desk and therapist (via text, email, phone)

Qualifications:

Doctorate Degree of Physical Therapy from an Accredited Physical Therapy Curriculum

Valid New York State Physical Therapy License

Compensation:

Full Time $75-90 per hour
