Salary:  $84,000 - $110,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)

Job Location:  411 NY-17M, Monroe, NY (Orange County; outpatient clinic)

Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Will discuss schedule during interview.)
