Salary:  $84,000 - $110,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)

Sign-on bonuses available  

Job Location:   160 East 56th Street, NYC, NY (Midtown East; outpatient clinic)

Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Alternating mornings and evenings. Will discuss schedule during interview.)
