Physical Therapist
Salary: $70.00 / Hour
Job Location: Will provide coverage as needed at our following Queens, NY outpatient clinics:
- 4701 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY
- 23-22 30th Avenue, Astoria, NY
- 118-35 Queens Boulevard, Forest Hills, NY
- 96-16 Metropolitan Avenue, Forest Hills, NY
- 72-15 Grand Avenue, Maspeth, NY
Job Type: Per Diem (Mon-Fri; 5-20 hours per week. Will further discuss schedule during interview.)
