Salary:  $84,000.00 - $107,000.00 (commensurate with experience)

Job Location:  244 West 54th Street, NYC, NY (Midtown West; outpatient clinic)

Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Will further discuss schedule during interview.)
