Description The Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinai is looking for an Academic Nuclear Medicine Physician to join its Department of Radiology, Division of Nuclear Medicine, in New York, NY. The candidate will be required to provide outstanding clinical services, including PET-CT services; actively engage in teaching of residents and fellows; participate in quality improvement and value initiatives; initiate research projects; and develop research collaborations across disciplines at Mount Sinai Health System. The candidate will apply expertise in diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine, including cross sectional imaging as it applies to SPECT/CT, PET/CT, and treatment with radiopharmaceuticals for targeted therapy. The candidate will manage Phase 1-3 clinical trials, including statistical and clinical trial design, relying on knowledge of cancer biology, radiopharmacy, radiation safety, and the development of investigational radiopharmaceuticals.
