The Oracle Cloud Systems Analyst designs, develops, and implements new functionality or enhancements to Mount Sinai Health System’s Oracle cloud platform according to business requirements. This role will work closely with internal and external system analysts and developers as well as with critical business stakeholders across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Supply Chain. This is a hands on role that includes requirements gathering, functional and technical designs, development/configuration, and testing. Duties and Responsibilities ___________ Works from or writes specifications to develop or modify software programs that will improve the efficiency of the operating system. Develops logic, codes, tests and debugs software packages defined by higher-level software programmers or self.
