Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking highly motivated postdoctoral associates for a position to join a vibrant, interactive computational and experimental environment. The position is our team working on the DARPA Epigenetic CHaracterization and Observation (ECHO) program, to investigate epigenetic signatures of infection and chemical exposure using multi-omics and single cell blood datasets. The successful candidates will become key members of cutting edge interdisciplinary biomedical research teams, involved in many aspects of multi-omics data analysis and the development of methods for data integration. They will collaborate closely with the other program sites to coordinate analysis and data dissemination efforts. The ideal candidates will have a strong research background, good quantitative and programming abilities, along with a demonstrated interest in applying these skills to problems in biology.
