Description Supervisor VI - (CDM) Chargemaster/Projects -Corporate-Full-Time Days Assist with supervising CDM’s coding team daily operations. This includes working assigned edits & WQs, ensuring quality coding assessments from coding staff and determine the priorities of the dept.’s WQs to avoid delinquent accounts or untimely filing. Responsibilities Document standard operating policies and procedures for various Trac buckets and WQs that will aid the coders in the quality and consistency of their coding assessments. Serve as an expert resource for the coding staff by performing random quality and productivity reviews and share findings with Director and staff for performance improvement. Review accounts in various WQs to identify coding errors, denial patterns and troubleshoot root causes, if/when needed. Assist with reviewing and maintaining claim edits and identify edit discrepancies based on coding guidelines and make recommendations to Associate Director for updates and changes.
