Description To perform radiographic examinations on patients referred by physicians in accordance with Radiology protocols. Provide leadership in the absence of a supervisor. Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities: Duties include: (but not limited to) perform radiologic examinations on patients referred by physicians in accordance with radiologic protocols. Must be competent routine diagnostic, operating room, and portables. Must be able to evaluate radiographs for technical acceptability. Must be comfortable working in an Emergency Department setting. Other duties as assigned; complete Patient Satisfaction is our Primary Goal Qualifications Requirements: Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology NY State License and registration certificate in Radiologic Technology ARRT certification in diagnostic radiology, good standing in ASRT BLS certification 1 years minimum experience, including OR procedures and portables Proficiency in Fluoroscopic / portable radiology / OR procedures Knowledge of McKesson PACs and image cast Radiology Information systems (RIS) Experience in digital & computed radiography Collective bargaining unit: SEIU 1199-MSB SEIU 1199 at Mount Sinai Brooklyn, ...
