Roles & Responsibilities: The Clinical Research Team of the Addiction Institute of Mount Sinai is seeking a motivated and independent clinical coordinator to help conduct clinical research trials. The primary focus of this position consists of assisting in the activities related to clinical research studies including, but not limited to: screening participants for eligibility, registering subjects with sponsoring agency, administering questionnaires. Obtaining informed consent under minimal supervision and educating participants regarding study requirements. Diligently administering and monitoring experimental procedures including neuropsychological testing. Collecting and recording study data including inputting all information into database. Ensuring accurate and complete compilation of subject data through chart reviews. Preparing for monitoring visits. Assisting in preparing grant applications, IRB/GCO for submission and filings. Maintaining source documents and subject files in accordance with hospital procedures and FDA guidelines.
