Description Administrative Coordinator II-(Executive Level Support) Development & Fundraising -Full-Time Days MSH Uptown Provide executive level support to Chief Development Officer of the Health System, Senior Vice President for Development (CDO). This position is responsible for oversight of the administrative and operational activities for the CDO. Direct the administrative activities for the CDO, with development team and organization leadership, and providing regular updates on key initiatives and day-to-day operations of the Office of Development. This may include budgetary oversight, staffing and administration of policies and procedures. Responsibilities Partners with management in the planning, scheduling, coordination and reporting of activities to ensure that projects, goals and objectives are accomplished on time and within budget. Establishes schedules, task assignments and allocation of manpower, space and equipment to ensure conformance with departmental goals and objectives.
