Description Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to accurately evaluate and effectively treat all assigned patients. Devises a treatment plan that addresses individual, age specific needs, incorporating patient goals, to emphasize functional restoration and quality of life. Performs initial examinations and provides physical therapy intervention to a diverse patient population. Works under the supervision of the Therapy Manager/Senior Therapist. (Inpatient Rehab and Acute) This position is entry-level and part of a multi-disciplinary team, and has the opportunity to rotate across Inpatient Rehab, and Acute services. Responsibilities Monitors appropriateness of goals and prioritizes treatments to maximize patient benefit.
