Description Roles & Responsibilities: The Mount Sinai Selikoff Centers for Occupational Health (SCOH) are widely recognized as leaders in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses. Our physicians are leaders in the field of occupational medicine, providing care to injured and ill workers and retirees in the New York City and Lower Hudson Valley regions. The Outreach Program Coordinator creates, organizes and schedules outreach activities and special events. Engage patients and initiates care management services. This individual creates awareness and promote engagement, education and specific services to the community. Initiates and develops key relationships between individuals or groups in the community and the Mount Sinai Health System. This position is for the Suffern Mid Hudson Valley region.
