Description The Materials Supply Associate is responsible to maintain the proper level of supplies within the Mount Sinai Hospital (MSH) in order provide the highest level of quality care to the patients and Staff of MSH. This is done by the timely requisitioning, receiving, processing of goods (including mail), delivery of all goods, and packages throughout the Hospital in the most efficient manner possible. The types of goods can be different per site. Responsible for the appropriate and accurate documentation of data for accounting and other departmental purposes. Is cognizant of the philosophy, standards, objectives and policies of the Department and the Hospital. Responsibilities 1. Receives/accepts all deliveries entering the premises at the receiving dock or mail room using the appropriate technology. 2. Delivers materials to appropriate location and obtains a signature for all packages using appropriate technology. 3.
