Description The Administrative Assistant for the Office of Curricular Affairs is responsible for providing administrative, operational and programmatic support services to the Office of Curricular Affairs. This role is fully onsite. Responsibilities Supports Curriculum Coordinators with preparatory work for course sessions as well as onsite delivery. Coordinates room reservations for all learning spaces. Maintains calendars of key team members of Office of Curricular Affairs and sends out reminders of impending appointments. Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for team members. Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings. Assists in the planning and overseeing significant events such as curriculum retreats, faculty development sessions, etc. Assists in managing the budget for special and routine events. Makes reservations for various off-site meetings. Assists in maintaining systems and processes such as sharepoint, google drive, etc. Acts as a liaison between different departments.
