Description The Product Owner – III will help with the aggressive schedule of the Stratajazz implementation at multiple sites: MSH, MSM, MSW, MSBI, MSB, ISSM, and MSQ. The person will help with ownership of different modules of Strata Jazz, spanning from overall configuration to rollout. This person will own the platform, and the expectation is for this person to be the Subject Matter Expert supporting the applications with a high degree of quality and SLA. This role will ensure the day-to-day operational activities are running as expected, integrations are working, resolving incidents, managing updates, performing configurations, and performing root cause analysis. Work with Software Partners to understand roadmaps and release management. They also engage with the business areas within their functional domain to support operational business events and any associated application changes.
