Description Oversight or assistance in most operational aspects of program. Responsibilities may include staff development and management, program development, education, and serving as grant, budget, and community liaison as applicable to position. Responsibilities Recruits, trains and supervises staff, delegating assignments, supervisory duties and addressing areas of concern, developing areas of improvement, and providing constructive feedback. Develops education component of program by ensuring appropriate planning, implementation and evaluation of training, recruitment, curriculum development, outreach, workshops, material development and special projects. Coordinates recruitment, training, monitoring, guidance and evaluation. Oversees grant-related issues including budget, reporting of statistics, and meeting with funders. Oversees administrative duties including employee schedules, employee timesheets, ordering of materials, distribution of check requests, and tracking expenditures. Establishes and maintains linkages with community agencies as applicable.
