Description Oracle Cloud Workflow Admin - Technology Specialist II - Digital and Technology Partners - Remote, Req#3021915 The Information Technology Specialist II consults with business partners to define requirements and develop solution alternatives and estimates in Oracle Saas Approval and BPM rules. This role will ensure the day-to-day operational activities are running as expected, resolving incidents, managing updates, performing configurations and performing root cause analysis. This person will also manage all vendors for this functional IT domain, and they will ensure the services being provided by the outsource provider(s) are consistently meeting SLA’s. This person will be accountable for the support of all technology solutions in Oracle Saas Approval and BPM rules.
