Description Responsible and accountable for all activities of nursing personnel in the clinic Responsibilities 1. Coordinates the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing regimes for patients and works collaboratively with all members of the clinic staff to facilitate the best possible patient care 2. Maintains a harmonious relationship with the Unit Supervisor in order to ensure a smoothly functioning administrative unit 3. Utilizes his/her professional knowledge, judgment and experience to meet the needs of patients in his/her clinic 4. Communicates patients' needs and progress, as seen by nursing staff, to all members of the clinic staff 5. Orients new nursing staff to the medical and nursing aspects of the program and clinic routines 6. Assures adequate maintenance of nursing equipment and supplies in the clinic 7.
