Description The Education Technology Coordinator/Program Coordinator II is responsible for assisting with academic and administrative technology needs of the Medical Education program. This role responds to technology questions/ requests and escalates to the appropriate individuals/ teams as needed. The Education Technology Coordinator is also responsible for providing user training on basic operations and applications of standard software and systems. This position reports to the Technology and Learning Systems Manager. Responsibilities Manage and maintain learning space systems on a daily basis to support curriculum delivery and events, while serving as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and ensuring optimal technology functionality Support setup and provide support to end-user for computing needs, enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Google Suite, and other specialized document/data management/automation apps Advise on specification and purchasing of equipment, software, and the like Support and/or escalate issues with access management, network accounts, et al.
