Description A certified nursing assistants primary responsibility is to assist patients with their daily activities. As a CNA, you also serve as a conduit between nurses, doctors and patients and record and communicate all issues to medical staff. Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities: The Nursing Assistant - Mobility Program is an individual who functions in a support role to the Registered Professional Nurse or Therapy team by providing direct, mobility-related patient care activities as assigned. Performs and records patient's vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature and respirations. Assists patient with ambulation, transfers out of bed, and all levels of mobilization, as directed by Nursing and Therapy teams. Assists patients in performing ROM, therapeutic exercise and activities of daily living, as directed by Nursing and Therapy teams.
