Description The Program Assistant provides administrative, logistical, programmatic support to an assigned program area. Responsibilities 1. Provide administrative support to faculty and staff on a specific program(s). 2. Assist in the preparation of grant applications. 3. Prepare written descriptions and reports of Division activities for newsletter and website 4. Provide technical assistance to faculty and staff in the preparation and submission of IRB applications. 5. Assist in research compliance activities. 6. Provide administrative support for meetings, recruitment activities and training activities. 7. Assist in the preparation of reports to funding agencies. 8. Assist in the preparation and submission of abstracts, posters and manuscripts. 9. Maintain and revise division work schedules. 10. Maintain research credentialing database for faculty, fellows, residents, staff and students. 11. Prepare and process check requests, purchase orders, travel requests and travel reimbursement. 12. Perform other special projects or other duties as requested. Qualifications Associate degree, Bachelors preferred. 1-2 years of related administrative or program support experience. ...
