Description Reporting to Sr. Director of Ambulatory Operations and working closely with Director of Revenue Cycle and CAO the Associate Director of Ambulatory Programs is responsible for supporting FPA and Article 28 Ambulatory operations, workflows, efficiencies, financial initiatives, improving patient experience by using and analyzing data to support recommendations for improvement. Responsibilities Leads in the organization, collaboration and implementation of key initiatives including practice workflow assessment, patient satisfaction and safety initiatives, regulatory policies and procedures and other programs in processes to align ambulatory strategies . Works closely with internal departments, including Audit, Compliance, Ambulatory Planning, Real Estate, Finance, IT, Human Resources, and Marketing to coordinate programs and projects. Establishes and maintains high level, effective working relationships across the institution to foster growth of the Mount Sinai West Ambulatory programs including Departmental administrative, clinical leadership and relevant clinical staff.
