Description The Maze lab is in need of a highly trained behavioral and molecular Neuroscientist to lead projects related to cell-type specific transcriptional alterations in brain contributing to stress related and neurodevelopmental disorders. Responsibilities Chosen candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of epigenomic, molecular and behavioral assays in rodents aimed at exploring cell-type specific regulation of gene expression, chromatin accessibility and histone PTMs throughout the brain’s reward circuitry contributing to and stress related and neurodevelopmental phenotypes. Strong background in behavior, bioinformatics analysis, molecular biology and/or chromatin biochemistry Qualifications PhD (or equivalent) English fluency is required. Proficiency in behavioral and molecular approaches is required.
