Description Job Title: Unit Secretary-Nursing Pediatric 3 ICU-Part Time Evening-3pm-11pm-MSW Performs clerical and receptionist duties essential to the operation of patient care as directed and also receives instructions from physicians and nurses. Maintains up-to-date patient rosters and staff assignments in Epic Bedtime and other demographic data in a timely manner (e.g., locator board, TPR, BP, weight book Maintains a system for tracking the location of each patient on the unit. Assigns RNs in Orchestrator as applicable Maintains the Unit Staff Schedule for the shift, noting all breaks and coverage and assigned admissions either in paper or Epic Assignment Wizard Schedules with appropriate departments and/or individuals, patient appointment, treatments, diagnostic procedures, etc. Maintains neat and orderly bulletin boards.
