Description Under the leadership of the Director of Administration for the Public Health & Health Administration graduate programs at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) and in collaboration with the faculty program directors, the Program Manager will perform the duties listed below. Responsibilities Class Matriculation & Progress Meet with current students and advise on program processes and requirements Track students’ progress in the programs to ensure satisfactory progress Review student registration each term to ensure compliance with satisfactory academic progress, F-1 full-time status, and eligibility for federal financial aid; if necessary, contact students to request changes to registration; assist students with resolving registration holds, by liaising with student financial services, student health, and other campus offices.
