Description Nurse Clinical Coordinator- Employee Heatlh Services Beth Israel- Full-Time Days The Clinical Coordinator for Employee Health Services (EHS) has responsibility of oversight of activities in the assigned department, who in partnership with others achieves quality patient outcomes, cost effectiveness and efficiency in services across the System. The position includes the following core duties: Policy and program development, protocol writing and revision, staff education, quality improvement, and clinical duties including telephonic outreach of patients and issue resolution. This is a position that mixes both clinical and administrative work. Under the general direction of the Clinical Program Director, the Clinical Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the efficient functioning of EHS on a daily basis. The Clinical Coordinator: Analyses workloads and skill requirements to meet patient care needs. Coordinates and directs the daily patient care services provided by staff.
