Description The Training Specialist II delivers training and uses evaluative data to drive future interventions. Provides coordination for training activities and may assume project management responsibilities for programs assigned. Responsibilities 1. Coordinates and delivers classroom training. 2. Designs job aids and manuals to meet training outcomes as defined by needs assessment. 3. May design, implement and facilitate open enrollment courses. 4. Aligns programs with institutional goals. 5. Inputs course data into Learning Management System or other database. 6. Conducts general and role - specific orientations. 7. Provides feedback to customer. 8. Follows up in the assessment of further needs, and outcomes of training. 9. May represent the department at meetings of hospital-wide initiatives. 10. Bring in and disseminate cutting edge practices in training/professional development/education. 11. Maintains records on attendance and feedback by trainees. 12.
