Description The Director of Human Resources is responsible for all human resources function, including labor and employee relations, recruitment and staffing, compensation and regulatory compliance, etc. at hospitals affiliated with Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Responsible for day-to-day administration of labor relations policies and collective bargaining agreements. Directs subordinates and ensures adherence to established policies and practices. Develops and implements appropriate corrective actions necessary to limit sources of employee conflicts and grievances and improve employee relations climate. At least 5 years senior level experience in the management of labor relations is essential.
