Description Performance a variety of maintenance duties including but not limiting to building, maintaining installing, removing, and/or replacing. Responsibilities Role & Responsibilities: Perform routine inspection of major utilities systems such as heating, domestic hot water, electrical, emergency power distribution system, plumbing, medical gas, vacuum, bulk oxygen reading, negative pressure rooms reading, fire alarm and monitoring systems and documenting results; identify, report, and troubleshoot abnormal conditions Revision of existing HVAC system operations through Computerized Building Management System and ability to make any temperature adjustments/monitoring chillers & boilers’ operations Able to repair hospital beds, stretchers, wheelchairs, hospital fixtures, doors, lock replacements, as well as stationary and movable equipment. Perform incremental hospital maintenance Respond to any fire system alarms and reset system back to normal from control panel Exposure to industrial power tools and heavy lifting Other assignments as assigned by supervisor Qualifications Requirements: High School Diploma or trade/vocational diploma, or completion of a training program recognized by BI, or maintenance mechanic ...
