Description Associate IT Director – Workplace Technology Services – Corporate – Days – Onsite Monday – Friday - Req# 3023835 Location: 150 E 42nd Street onsite/hybrid - one remote day per week Shift: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm The IT Associate Director plans, organizes, and directs the day-to-day activities within the department. The Associate Director will assist the IT Director in implementing operational policies and procedures and ensure operational efficiency across the department. Additionally, the role will lead specialized IT services, ensuring comprehensive and white-glove support for senior executives. Responsibilities IT Management and Oversight: Manage and oversee all IT-related activities under the direction of the IT Director, in accordance with departmental guidelines and best practices. This includes evaluating design, development, and coordination of projects. Technical Support and Consultation: Provide technical support and consultation on the installation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repair of applicable software, hardware, and peripheral devices.
