Description The Senior Director of Emergency Management Planning and Development is an expert in current federal, state, local, and non-governmental emergency management and incident management standards with extensive functional and operational experience. This individual possesses a general knowledge of healthcare operations. The Senior Director is a key member of the Mount Sinai Health System Emergency Management team. S/he will support the System and Site-based Emergency Managers as needed, including but not limited to, providing planning and policy guidance, facilitating and assuring regulatory readiness for the emergency management enterprise, serving as a Business Continuity subject matter expert, and supporting Emergency Operations Center (EOC) activations.
