Description Job Title: Supervisor Social Work - Social Work - Mount Sinai Morningside - Full Time - Day Under general supervision, oversees specific service/program area, which may include professional development and orientation of group of Social Workers. Responsible for program implementation. May evaluate and counsel assigned employees on work performance and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures. Interviews prospective candidates and recommends hiring. Performs professional social work functions majority of work time. Collaborates with similar level representatives or other health care professions in meeting patient care needs of an assigned area of hospital services.
