This will be accomplished by analyzing human blood and cerebrospinal fluid samples using proteomic, transcriptomic and flow cytometry techniques. Comparisons will include healthy participants vs participants with multiple sclerosis, people with high vs low cortical lesion burden and people with vs without efficient lesion remyelination. Responsibilities Technical Duties: Duties will include design and analysis of experiments, analyzing proteomic, transcriptomic, and flow cytometry data, and conducting flow cytometry experiments.
