Description The Product Owner I will be responsible for partnering with business leads to execute strategic direction, ensure continuous improvement, and manage the roadmap for the digital experience. The candidate will work with cross functional teams to: Consult with business partners, developers, third party vendors, and other key participants to define areas of focus and opportunities to develop solutions that meet organizational goals. Define requirements and support development of solutions translating client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications and designs for solutions. Manage the backlog of employee experience product deliverables, build on learnings from qualitative and quantitative sources, and develop solutions in alignment with organizational goals around operations and workforce experiences Independently initiate, identify and coordinate analysis of complex client needs in project areas such as new business pursuits, innovative approaches to solutions, available product functionality, and operational readiness assessment.
