Description

Description Assists the professional staff with the delivery of services to patients in a variety of settings. Provides direct patient care, and/or one to one observation to selected patients under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse. Assists, escorts and transports patients. Responsibilities Clinical/Technical/Service Assists the professional staff with the delivery of services to patients in the ED setting Provides direct patient care, and/or one to one constant or safety observation to selected patients under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse Assists, escorts and transports patients as needed Performs and assists with designated procedures, using aseptic technique as indicated Assists with patients examinations, and performs vital signs as ordered.
