Description The Capacity Management Analyst II brings proficiency and innovation in applying knowledge of clinical and business requirements, with technical skills to implement advanced scheduling capabilities, as well as taking ownership of project builds to bring to successful completion. The Capacity Management Analyst II will be a subject matter expert (SME) in Epic Cadence, client and Access Center operational workflows. The Capacity Management Analyst II is responsible for decision support for system design, advanced template management, and the design and development of Epic Decision Trees. The Capacity Management Analyst II is also responsible for the application configuration, go-live support, and on-going client support. The Capacity Management Analyst II has excellent teamwork skills and leverages system expertise to support and collaborate with the Capacity Management Team to successfully complete assigned tasks, providing mentorship and preceptorship when applicable.
