Description The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking enthusiastic applicants for a per diem Pediatric Neurology position. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality neurological care to infants, children, and adolescents at The Mount Sinai Kravis Children's Hospital. Candidate will provide on-call coverage for select nights and weekends. Responsibilities include handling telephone inquiries from ERs and hospital floors on assigned weeknights. Candidate will cover inpatient services on designated weekends, including inpatient rounding. Scheduling offers some flexibility, allowing the candidate to choose or coordinate coverage based on availability. Mount Sinai’s outstanding team of pediatric neurologists has specialized interests in epilepsy, movement disorders, stroke, neurobehavioral disorders, multiple sclerosis, and autoimmune encephalitis, as well as general pediatric neurology. The chosen candidate will provide high-quality care for patients with a broad range of complex neurological diseases and neurological manifestations of systemic illness.
