MovementX is a tech-enabled physical therapy scaleup that blends patient convenience with robust earning potential for clinicians. Patients are matched with local therapists who offer personalized 1:1 care at home, in clinics, at gyms, or virtually, with sessions lasting up to 60 minutes. MovementX operates on a secure W2 employment model, providing clinicians with benefits and the opportunity to earn over $100K with just 20 visits per week—unlike gig-based contractor setups. Launched in 2018, MovementX has evolved from an innovative startup to a well-established scaleup, now expanding rapidly across the U.S. With a dedicated marketing infrastructure to help therapists build their caseloads, it’s a great time for providers to join this growing company poised for further expansion over the next 1-3 years.
