Outreach Specialist (Per Diem)Remote
**What is the role?**As a Telephonic Outreach Specialist, you will play a critical role in engaging prospective members, educating them about Nest Health’s services, and helping to increase patient enrollment and engagement. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential patients, assessing their needs, and providing information about our services and how they can benefit from them. Your primary objective will be to facilitate access for eligible individuals who can benefit from our care.
