**What is the purpose of this role?**This role has the dual purpose of supporting our field-based teams in the Greater Baton Rouge region and overseeing management of our office in Baton Rouge. 
**What is the role?**The Office Family Advocate (Office FA) is a vital member of the Nest Health interdisciplinary care team who has training and experience as a Medical Assistant (MA). The primary duty of this role is to provide office-based support to teams operating in the field, including scheduling of referrals, entering orders, and other tasks to help facilitate completion of encounters. The Office FA will eventually support multiple teams in the field.
