**What is the purpose of this role?**The License Clinical Social Worker supports the holistic healthcare approach by providing behavioral health services. This allows Nest to expand the care we can provide for our families and ensure they have the care they need in all areas of their health.
**What is the role?**The Nest Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for supporting Nest members of all ages (children, adolescents, adults) with behavioral health services by providing initial evaluations, individual, group, and/or family therapy using telehealth modalities and connection to long term therapy resources. The LCSW will provide behavioral health consultation services to the Nest primary care team and have access to a consulting psychiatrist. The LCSW will work as part of an interdisciplinary team that includes medical assistants and advanced practice providers who go into member homes, and physicians, nurses, and dieticians who interact with members via telehealth modalities.
