Perfusionist - Rotating Shifts
Step into the Perfusion Department at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center, and be a catalyst for life-saving clinical care. Our department is known by many as one of the best perfusion school sites in the country, and it is recognized around the world for its innovative techniques many of which have been peer-reviewed and published in major journals. We were the first to use CARDIOHELP, the smallest heart-lung machine in the world. And we continue to lead initiatives that shape the field of clinical perfusion. Find out how you can help.
Join our team of 30 Perfusionist’s in providing extracorporeal circulation/cardiopulmonary support to patients until they’re able to maintain their own circulatory support. Be an ambitious team member, working varying hours alongside operating room professionals who are committed to correcting patients conditions as quickly and effectively as possible. Inject medications using a heart-lung machine. Perform ancillary duties, such as cell saving, ECMO, VAD, ...
