Manager Facilities Systems (Facilities IT Systems)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Facilities Systems to lead the Facilities & Real Estate department’s digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, business strategy, and change management. This role is critical in driving the adoption of digital tools and processes to enhance our operational efficiency and customer experience. The Manager will lead a team of system analysts and ETL developers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system architecture, project management, strategic planning and team leadership.  This role is essential in ensuring the design and implementation of robust and scalable IT solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of critical business systems, including but not limited to the project management information system (Oracle’s Unifier platform), integrations (ETLs), and various reporting tools (Qlikview/QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
