This role will drive projects aimed at optimizing communication systems, improving infrastructure, and enhancing service delivery across our organization. Key initiatives include:

• Streamlining the cell phone ordering process
• Implementing distributed antenna systems to improve cell coverage in hospital facilities
• Enhancing ServiceNow UC optimization and asset management
• Overseeing overhead system installations and enhancements
• Managing key projects, including 1111 Westchester, Cancer Center, and BCDR analog migration
