At NewYork-Presbyterian/Queens, ETAP/ED Holding nursing is a moment-to-moment, career-transforming experience. ETAP is a 30 bed unit that serves admitted patients from the ED waiting bed assignment. Here, ETAP nurses independently assess conditions and rapidly coordinate multidisciplinary care.
