Our Division of Community and Population Health programs build upon, and tie together, the Hospital’s inpatient care coordination, Ambulatory Care Network, community outreach programs, and the effort of community-based providers. Now, we are seeking a Supervisor to help drive this work forward. 

    Step into the fast-paced division of our Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinics, in a role responsible for supervising and evaluating our Patient Financial Advisors, while holding the team accountable and maintaining employee engagement. Manage various projects, including those focused on account reconciliation and the sliding fee scale. Frequently communicate with patients and address their concerns and requests.
