    Job Description

    Physician Assistant - Hem/Onc Service -Nights - Cornell Campus (Open to New Grad PA's)

    As a PA on the Oncology service, you will be working with a care team that includes world renowned Oncology Attending Physicians, Hematology/Oncology Fellows, Clinical Pharmacists, Care Coordinators, Social Workers, and a Nursing Staff that specializes in the care of oncology patients.   

    Our PAs provide collaborative physician-based care with practice appropriate level of autonomy on the inpatient units. This is a unique opportunity where PAs can develop strong clinical and procedural skill sets. Our PAs are essential in facilitating a smooth transition of care from inpatient to outpatient care settings in collaboration with the outpatient team. 

    Your passion for safety and quality will be critical as you support our high-risk patient population to ensure delivery of care that our oncology patients and their families deserve.

    Preferred Criteria

    • At least 1 year of experience in heme/onc, or inpatient medicine

    Required Criteria

    • Bachelor's or Master's in Physician Assistant studies
    • NYS licensure
    • NCCPA certification
